Programming: DDS is great about individual programming, taking into account nuances with intensity, volume, exercise selection, etc. The RPE caps and lower RPE back off sets, with accessory work being periodized, is also super helpful.

Amazing service. Been lifting for a few years, I’ve had one on one coaching in the past, tried different programs, templates, apps, done my own thing, etc and this is the best, bar none. Intelligent programming that only gets better over time the more you use it. I’ve had PRs across the board (while at a lower RPE!). The monthly webminars provide a wealth of knowledge and information applicable to all levels of lifters. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable and i still learn new stuff every month. You also get access to the coaches and the community, who are very responsive and incredibly helpful. 'Powerlifting' is designed to maximize strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
'Strength & Size' is designed to maximize strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift as well as maximize physique development.
'Muscle Growth' is designed to maximize physique development only.
You can also easily switch between these goals, and your individualization will carry over!
After completing your initial individualization quiz, you will receive your first program within 48 business hours. You can start your program whenever you'd like.
You can select between 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week. Most lifters report sessions lasting 45-90 minutes.
If training time is ever an issue, there are multiple adjustments that can be made within the system, such as changing the design of protocols and reducing the frequency of main lifts.
You will receive individualized exercise selection drop-down lists. At the start of each block, you can easily adjust each exercise based on the equipment you have access to as well as your preferences.
The only required equipment is a barbell, plates, and a rack.
You will take an initial individualization quiz, and your first Infinity program will be generated. Then, after each program, you will take another individualization quiz, allowing the system to build off of the last program based on your progress and feedback.
Infinity is an incredibly flexible system, allowing you to optimize your training over time within practical constraints.
The programs are delivered via Google Sheets, so you can use the Google Sheets mobile app to view and log your training. The spreadsheet has been designed for mobile use.
No problem! With an active Infinity subscription, you can simply submit another quiz to receive a new program. The community provides resources for this process, and you can always ask questions so the Data Driven Strength staff can ensure you are making best use of the Infinity system.
Yes, and you can easily adjust the length of your program to line it up with your meet date.
If you have a meet coming up, we only recommend subscribing if you are at least 10 weeks out.
